Vola May Lainhart Roberts Hoobs, 62, died Sept 9, 2000 at EIRMC in Idaho Falls.
Vola was born March 9, 1938 in Osmond to Boyd and Audry Lainhart. She was the second of 12 children.
She was active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved the Lord with all her heart. She loved children and accepted positions in the Primary and junior Sunday School. She was also secretary of the Sunday School for many years.
She enjoyed many hobbies and crafts, refinishing wood, knitting, crocheting, sewing, quilting, embroidery. She enjoyed her home and it was open to all who needed someone to talk to or a shoulder to cry on.
She was active in the VFW Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her father Boyd Lainhart, a brother and sister, Boyd R. Lainhart and Vada B. Lainhart.
She is survived by her husband Russell E. Hobbs, children Russell Dean, Russell Dale, Richard Lyle, Lisa Dawn and Lou Jean; her mother Audry Lainhart, nine brothers and sisters, Vatia Booth, Deland Lainhart, Mary Ann Larsen, Genevieve Burdick, Sherman Lainhart, Dorothy Manley, Larry Lainhart, Laura Aullman, Amanda Welch, 17 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
