May have been James Quin Morton's 2nd wife, from info on surveyor's report. Later married a Ramey. she is listed as "the widow Morton formally, now Mrs. Ramey" in Aug of 1867. A Nancy Morton who was administrator for Quin's estate; presumably his widow.
