Jonathan Jadwyn, Attorney for Robt Jadwyn crave appeals from the Court to the next Quarter Court at James City on the 3rd day thereof in cause depending between sd Robt Jadwyn, Plaintiff and Jno Wood, Defendant. Accordingly is granted.
