Individual Details

Elizabeth was married to a Drinkard by whom she had a daughter, Elizabeth Drinkard, that married William H. Rice, as noted in the will of Elizabeth Enyart Wright. She was not named directly as an heir when sums were paid out after her father's estate settlement in 1831 - all of the daughters were represented by their husbands except for Catherine Wilder who must have been widowed. A William Christabel was one of those receiving the $300 settlement and surely must have been the receipient of Elizabeth's share since the others can be accounted for. So apparently Elizabeth Wright was twice married. She was dead when there was a lawsuit among the heirs of her mother, 1861, but a child of her mother had left four children who each received 1/4 of the child's 1/5 share, or 1/25. Those four children were Elizabeth married to William H. Rice, Martha married to Jackson Hines, Mary A., married to William Titus and William Chrystel, Jr. Three daughters - Elizabeth, Martha, and Mary. William Chrystel Jr. was quite possibly a grandson of Elizabeth, the only living child of a deceased daughter who married a Chrystel.
