He devised a farm at New Lots between his two sons Nicholas and Hendrick. ... All six of his sons had given their father bonds in payment of the several farms each had received and the executors were directed to collect these bonds and pay certain legacies for his daughters."

The last will and testament of Cornelius Wyckoff is in the Surrogate's Office of the County of New York, State of New York, Vol 15 Pages 539-542. I Cornelius Wyckoff, of Flatlands in Kings County, being in good health. I leave to my wife Gertie all my real and personal estate for life, but if she marry, then she shall give all to my two sons, Nicholas and Hendrick, to enjoy the same, as it is set forth in certain deeds of sales made by me to them, and my two sons have given bonds to me, in the sum of L650, by which each of them is to pay to their brothers and sisters, viz.: Simon, Jacob, John, Petrus, Mary, Margaret, Petrella, and Hannah, each L3, within a year after my wife's decease. If my wife marries they are to pay her L30, for her maintenance. I leave to my son Simon a silver tankard, for his birthright. I leave to my son Hendrick a silver mug. All the rest of my estate is left to my 10 children after the death of my wife. I make my son-in-law, Hendrick Eldertson, Executor.
