In the father's estate settlement, Thomas & John Ashley were said to be infant heirs - March, 1856. obviously this Thomas would have been of age. He was age 11 in the 1850 census with his parents.

First married to Martha Jane Goss, 12 May 1870. She died in 1874.

I may have found him in 1860, Pulaski Co. There was a Thomas Ashley, age 19, working as a day laborer, living with the family of William S. Buchanan; only Aden and Sarah were still home with their mother in 1860.
