9 Dec 1805 Israel Comstock of Springfield, county of Otsego, State of NY for $236 sells to Daniel Comstock of Thompson [his brother] a tract of land. Begin NW corner of Rhode Island State, on the Bay line to near the Turnpike road & sawmill, on the turnpike road to some apple tree, to Barack Bensons land, running down the river with the sd Bensons land. 40 acres. Dated 9 Dec 1805, made in Thompson. Signed: Israel Comstock. Wit: Georg Larned, Daniel Larned. 9 Dec 1805, personally appeared Israel Comstock, George Larned, JP. Recorded 9 Dec 1805

Vol. 6, p.382 3 Apr 1816. Daniel Comstock sold 10 acres to Richard Hoyle, adjoining land already owned by Hoyle, for $50. Hoyle had previously bought 75 acres from Daniel's brother George. Both Daniel & George had bought their land from their brother Israel's tract - land which had been Stephen Farnum's but had been sold to Farnum by their father in 1789.
Vol. 10, p.482 24 Jan 1828. Index shows one acre sold by Daniel Comstock to Richard Hoyle.
Vol. 11, p.431 20 Aug 1830 Daniel Comstock sold land to Otis Jeperson.

ISRAEL COMSTOCK, & DANIEL COMSTOCK both of Thompson, Co. of Windham, Connecticut and ISRAEL COMSTOCK, Jr. of Union and Co. of (unreadable) and State of CT for 550 dollars paid by Robert Smith of Oxford, South Gore, Co. of Worcester, MA...land situated in Oxford south gore...mentions bounds of Stephen Chamberland, grant on Douglas line...Dwight lot...a 30 acre lot sold to Phillip Brown...200 acres more or less. At Thompson on 27 January 1824. /s/ Israel Comstock, Daniel Comstock, Israel Comstock, Jr. Wits: Reuben Jepherson and George Ide. At Worces. on 29 January 1824, personally appeared Israel Comstock, Daniel Comstock and Israel Comstock, Jr. and acknowledged their signatures. Before Benjamin Craggin, Just. of the Peace. Rec. 2 Feb. 1824.

MA, land that starts on the Mass./Conn. line...mentions land owned by Noadiah Rusel...and Abraham Mayson...and the Boston Men's Farm..and land of Robert White... Dated at Thompson on August 18 1830. /s/ Daniel Comstock Wits: Robert P. Church, Joseph Prentis. Daniel appeared in Worcester on August 18, 1830 before Robert P. Church, JP. Reco. 14 Sept. 1830.
