Mrs. E. S. McDonald Dies at Age of 94; Funeral Thursday
Mrs. Emily Catherine McDonald, a resident of Tyler for the past 46 years, died at 10:40 am Wednesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. E. Nunnelee, at Nunnelee Courts.
Funeral services will be held at 4:30 pm Thursday at the West Erwin Church of Christ with T. B. Thompson, minister, and Dr. Ewart H. Wyle officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of the Thorndike-James-Pool Funeral Home.
Mrs. McDonald is survived by 73 close relatives. Among them are eight children, D. P. McDonald, Waco; C. A. McDonald, Mont Alba; J. T. McDonald, Pleasanton; F. D. McDonald, Dallas; B. F. McDonald and C. W. McDonald, Tyler; Mrs. W. E. Nennelle and Mrs. Mae Porter, Tyler; 27 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; and six great great grandchildren.
