Cloe Ward, daughter to Mr. Peter Ward Late of Killingworth, deceased, came before me the subscriber the day above written. She being 13 year of her age & declared that she made Choice of her Uncle Daniel Willcoks to her gardian. Test: Elnathan Stevens Justice of the Peace
