The Estate Sale of John Hughs was held 8-9 Jun 1803. Buyers included serval Rodgers and Whartons [known neighbors and acquaintances of the Starnes], Thos. Hughs [but no Abram Hughs], William Sims [possible brother-in-law], John Sims, Ebenezer & Aaron Starnes, brothers of Rachel. There were other names that had also been buyers at the estate sale of Rachel's mother in November of 1802.
