Suvey #33569, Jan 1860. Surveyed 88 poles by virtue of part of a warrant granted L. F. Tally of 25 acres. In Simpson Co on waters of the Sinking Fork of Drakes Creek of Barren River. Begin corner to Saml. Lawler; mentions Harrises corner; Blacks corner, to the beginning. O. H. Morrow, D.S. & J. W. Herndon, SSC. Joseph Black & O. H. Morrow, chain carrieris.
The plat was actually a triangle.
On 3 Mar 1860, Tally assigned the platt & certificate to Samuel Haden Junr.
Grant dated 21 Nov 1860 to Sam Haden Jr., assee. of L. F. Talley and described as in the survey. Grant Book 60, p.320.

Mr. Sam Haden one of the oldest and most highly respected citizens of our town, died at his home in the Northern portion of the city Sunday afternoon of a complication of diseases. Mr. Haden was a life-long citizen of this county... He leaves a wife and 5 children. His remains were laid to rest at Old Zion church, in Warren county, on Tuesday.
