John Tate Haden

John Tate's second father-in-law Isaac Miller was a skilled woodworker. After the marriage to Mary Ann, the Hadens moved to Miller's neighborhood and started a small manufacturing business making wagons, farm implements, furniture, etc.

John T. Haden was for a time a Justice of the Peace in Madison Co. I found the following marriages when he officiated:
John H. Miller to Martha Ann Brooks on 30 Oct 1851. License taken out the day before.
Andrew J. Moore to Margaret C. Hodges married 20 Oct 1845. License taken out on the 15th of October.
He also officiated at the marriage of Olive Alvira "Alla" Jenkins to Richard Moon, 28 Sep 1854. Moon died in the Civil War and Alla married Stewart Wishard about 1864-1865.
