Agnes left a will dated 11 Dec 1798 in Louisa County which left bequests to Jacob Johnson's daughter Agnes and to John Price. Her brother Drury had a son Jacob whose daughter was Agnes. John Price was Executor. Witnesses were David Johnson, William Johnson and Nancy Johnson. Probate was 14 Jan 1799.
[The witnesses appear to be David Johnson, brother of Mary Johnson who was John Price's wife. Nancy Johnson was probably Mary's sister Ann who had married William Johnson.
p.138 WB 4, p.73 Agnes Johnson. To Jacob Johnson's dau Agnes. To John Price. John Price, Executor. 11 Dec 1798. Signed: Agnes Johnson. Wit: David Johnson, William Johnson, Nancy Johnson. Rec. 14 Jan 1799

John Price had married Mary Johnson [parentage disputed but probably a daughter of James Johnson & Rachel Haden and a niece of Agnes] and a Chancery Court Case filed in 1795 stated that Agnes and lived and died in his [John Price's] home - when the case began Agnes was living so it obviously continued for several years. The witnesses David & Nancy Johnson may have been siblings of John Price's wife.
