The manuscript file found in the library in Paris, Henry Co TN, had this Sarah placed in the family of John & Rhoda Walters, who also lived in Grainger Co along with Obadiah's family. She's a bit too old to belong to John & Rhoda and I'm sure she was Obadiah's daughter.

Grainger Co marriages:
Hagner Bray to Sally "Waters" on 12 Aug 184. Henry Bray, Bondsman.

This couple is about the right age.

Not there in 1840 and no Brays at all found in Grainger Co.

In 1840, Whitley Co KY, I found a Stogner Bray.
1m 10-15, 1m 15-20, 1m 40-50. 1f -5, 1f 5-10, 1f 40-50.

In 1850, Stogner Bray was still in Whitley Co KY but his wife then was Polly, age 60, b. in TN. He was age 65, b. TN, as was the whole family.
