NOTE: I know of no Samuel Walters in this time and place - should this have been Samuel Walker, his brother in law?

Signed: Jackson Walters Wit: Thomas Walters, William Simpson, Lemuel Walters, John Dodson. 16 Dec 1805 presented by one of witnesses. 16 Jun 1806, ack by Jackson Walters. Polley the wife relinquished her right of Dower.
