Chloe married Daniel Underwood, 29 Apr 1830 in Palmyra. He was born 1 Dec 1802, died 3 Jan 1881 in Lake City, MN. Daniel was a tanner by trade. In 1849 the family moved from Palmyra to Clyde, NY, where he had a shoe store. They lived two years & moved back to Palmyra. In 1855 they bought a farm south of Morris, Illinois; they lived with their son Joseph M. Underwood at Lake City MN after 1873.
