Paul West Hays was born on January 12, 1908 to William Henry and Etta West Hays in Crawford County.
He passed from this life on April 6, 1994.
He was survived by his wife, Mattie Leone Willis Hays; two daughters; Carolyn Staggs and Jo Etta Summerhill both of Van Buren, and one son Paul Hays of Van Buren. Six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Paul and Leone are buried Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren.
