Gillham, 68 years old, Yazoo City, Miss., died today at St. Mary's hospital. Mr. Gillham formerly was an auditor for the Kansas City Souther railroad, and lived in Kansas City until he retired five years ago. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Agnes Gillham, of the home; a son, J. N. Gillham, Syracuse, N. Y.; two sisters, Mrs. Stella Kerr, Memphis, Tenn., and Mrs. Thornton Porter, DeWitt, Mo.; and three brothers, Dr. Charles H. Gillham, Densmore Hotel; James L. Gillham, 3555 Montgall avenue, and Walter E. Gillham, 3427 Bellefontaine avenue. Funeral services were to be held this afternoon at the Tine & McClure chapel. Burial will be in Yazoo City.
