Posted at findagrave.com: William Jasper White was born in Adams County, Ill., Dec. 19, 1841; died August 7, 1916, aged 74 years, 8 months, 19 days. He was married to Lucy Kirkpatrick in June 1865. One son, Fred L., was born of this union who is now living in Coatsburg, Ill. This companion died in March 1868. In November 1869, he was married to Catherine Kirkpatrick, who died March 27, 1887. Of this union, the following children survive: Daisy I. and Lillian J. of this city, Gay C. White of Portland, Maine and Mrs. Gertrude Quinby of Greensburg, Kan. One son, Jesse Alfred, passed away Feb. 14, 1906. The Chillicothe Constitution, August 8, 1916.
