Mrs. Gertrude Quinby of Sun City, Kan., a sister of Rev. Gay C. White, superintendent of Springfield district of the Methodist church, died yesterday afternoon in a Pratt, Kan. hospital. Mrs. Quinby who was 60 years old, had been suffering from heart trouble for several months. She is survived by three children Her husband died two years ago. Last winter Mrs. Quinby visited Rev. Dr. and Mrs. White in Springfield. Rev. Dr. White left last night for Sun City to attend funeral services scheduled for tomorrow afternoon.
