Born in Anna, Ill., he was a son of the late John and Mamie Kirkpatrick. He was married to the late Marilyn Donnelly Kirkpatrick. He was a retired industrial cost accountant and a member of Hope Masonic Lodge 126, the Order of Amaranth of Aiken and Williston United Methodist Church. Surviving are a daughter, Shannon croft of Williston; a son, Brian Kirkpatrick of North Augusta; a sister, Helen Caraker of Anna, Ill., and brothers Neill Kirkpatrick of Chicago, Ill., and Bill Kirkpatrick of Jonesboro, Ill. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Williston Cemetery with Masonic rites. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Folk Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Williston Cemetery Fund.
