Anna Regina Medhaug

Ottumwa Courier, Ottumwa, Iowa, Tuesday, February 24, 1998, Page 4, Col. 4: Oskaloosa---Anna Regina Inman, 85, Waterloo, formerly of Oskaloosa, died Feb. 22, 1998, at the Parkview Nursing and Rehab Center in Waterloo. She was born March 19, 1912, in Lime Springs to Martin and Lena Johnson Medhaug. She married Clifford Denney in 1929. She married James O. Inman in 1960; he died in 1974.
She attended rural school in Howard County and moved to Oskaloosa in 1927. She owned and operated three nursing home in Oskaloosa and she worked as a nurses aid at the Mahaska County hospital.
She is survived by two daughters, Wanda DeFrehn of Blair, Neb., and Joan Holliday of Ankeney; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a great-great grandchild; three brothers, Howard Medhaug of Cedar Falls, Bert Medhaug and Gene Medhaug of Waterloo; and a sister, Elnora Murphy of Waterloo.
She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands; two brothers, Sanford and Edwin Medhaug; and two sisters, Elsie Hartung and Lucille Mintey.
The service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Locke Funeral Home in Waterloo, the Rev. Arno Melz officiating. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery in Oskaloosa. Visitation will be all day Thursday at Garland-Van Arkel-Langkamp Funeral Chapel in Oskaloosa.
