Census of Marysville, Snohomish Co., Washington, Mabel, age 10, appears with her widowed mother and siblings. There is no Bessie listed. Based on this I believe Bessie and Mabel to be the same person.

Mabel Jennings is listed as the sister of Lois Stanhope Whaley's in Lois' obituary. Mable is living in Greenleaf, Canyon Co., Idaho as of 1972.
