Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Gilbert Funeral Home, with the Rev. Mark Slaatte officiating. Burial will be in Mulkeytown Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Salo was a homemaker. She was a Protestant. She was born July 8, 1916, in Mulkeytown to Harley and Marie (Watson) Kirkpatrick. She married Mike Salo. He died Feb. 12, 1998. Survivors include one daughter, Barbara Zeboski of Christopher; one grandson and wife, Stephen and Rebecca Zeboski of Houston; one great-grandson, Brandon; two sisters, Phyllis Grubbs and Virginia Waller, both of Christopher; and two brothers, Norman and Richard Kirkpatrick, both of Christopher. Her parents, one sister, Ruby, and one son also preceded her in death.
