From findagrave:Chelsie Pearson, passed away on Nov. 21, 2012, at his home in Pueblo, with family by his side. Chelsie was born Sept. 3, 1917, in Skiddy, Kan. Chelsie studied chemical engineering at University of Colorado at Boulder. He left the campus to join the Marines for World War II. After the war, he was hired at CF&I Steel, and worked his way up to works manager. Chelsie and his wife of 55 years have two sons; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Memorial service and reception, 2 p.m. Nov. 29,2012, at the Albany Event Center, 125 E. Seventh St.
