(Bet 1849 and 1850 - 5 Jul 1924)

1 _FA1 2 PLAC 1901Census,Ont.Dist.131,Vaughan,Page7, Lines21-25 1 _MDCL Deaath Reg. #036519

My earliest information regarding George is his appearance on the 1851 census for Selborne, Hampshire, England. I received the information from Peter Bone of Waterlooville, Hampshire. He appears as age 1, son of Thomas and Ann BONE. Also appearing are his mother age 33, his father age 35, and his brothers William age 6 and James age 4.
George next appears on the 1852 census for Vaughan Township, York County, Ontario, Canada. This census was taken in March and April of 1852. As a result, it is safe to assume that the family migrated to Canada between March of 1851 and March of 1852. On this census George is shown as age 3.
