Thence by land of Samuel Gilliland North twelve degrees West twenty one and six tenth perches to stones: thence along the public road North Fifty one and three fourth degrees West Fifty six and seven tenth perches to place of beginning: Containing about six and one fourth acres: It being a part of a larger tract of land which David Keller Trustee appointed by the Orphans Court of Centre County sell the realestate of Ezra D Brishin and the 26th day of July AD one thousand eight hundred and seventy nine granted and conveyed to Samuel Gilliland and which said Samuel Gilliland by indenture dated April first AD one thousand eight houndred eighty redorded in deed Book P No. 2 page 598 conveyed to William Myers party of the first part hereto referenced thereunto being had will more fully and at last appear.Census

This Indernture, made the seventh day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nine Between William M. Meyer of Boalsburg in the County of Centre and State of Penna, and Alice his wife of the first part, and William Markle of the same place of the second part:Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Six Hundred and five Dollars lawful money of the United States of America, well and truly paid by the said party of the second part to the said paries of the first part at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, All that certain messuage, tenement and tract of land situated in Harris Township Centre County, Penna, near the Town of Boalsburg aforesaid, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a sone at the intersection of public road with a private road leading to mountain; thence along middle of public road S 51 3/4 E. 48 perches to an iron pin in middle of said road; thence in a Southern direction 30 perches to an iron pin: thence along other land of said William M Myers, in a Westerly direction, 20 perches to Western side of private road leading to mountain thence alon said private road N 7 1/2o W. 54 perches to the place of beginning, Containing seven acres and ninety four perches. It being part of a larger tract of land which David Keller, Trustee of estate of Ezra D. Brisban, by Indenture dated July 26th A.D. 1879 and recorded in Centre County, granted and conveyed to Samuel Gilliland and which the said Samuel Gilliland by deed dated Apr. 1st A.D. 1880 and recorded in Centre County in Deed Book, No2, page 598 & c. granted and conveyed to William Myers Sr. and which the said William Myers Sr. by deed dated March 29th A.D. 1888 and recorded in Centre County in Deed Book No. 73, page 307 &c. granted and conveyed to William M Myers party of the first part to this conveyance.Census
