WillBe it Remembered That I William Myers being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding and considering the uncertainty of life, do therefore make publish and declare this to by my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say:
1. I direct that my body be decently interred in the cemetery at Boalsburg according to the rites and ceremonies of the German Reformed church and that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding with my estate and situation in life.
2. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses by paid by my executor hereinafter named as soon as that amount of money can be realized from my estate.
3. As to such worldly goods as it hath pleases God to entrust me with, I dispose of the same as follows: I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elisabeth all my household goods and personal property of whatever kind and wherever found to be hers absolutely to keep or dispose of as she may elect.
4. I give and bequeath unto each one of my three children Julian Frye, Eve Kline, and William M Myers one dollar in cash, which in addition to what they have already received shall be in full of their portion of my earl and personal estate.
5. It is my will and I so direct that my wife Elisabeth shall have the whole income and the exclusive use, and full control of my house and whatever land I may own at the time of my decease, as long as she shall live; and at her death, both house and land shall become the absolute property of William Kearns grand-son of my wife Elisabeth.
6. And lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my friend Frederick Houser to be the executor of this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all other wills by me at any time here to fore made.

Death
Obituary:Another Old Resident Gone - On Friday the 20th William Myers, of Harris township, died of dropsy at the home of his daughter Mrs Frye near Centre Hall. Over 74 years of age he had been breaking down for some time; but was able to be up and about and insisted on going to visit his daughter. He seemed satisfied on reaching there and the next day fell asleep in the last long sleep from which there is no awakining. He was respected by everyone and was liked for his plain and kindly ways. His second wife, and his three children, Mrs John Klein of this place, Mrs Emanuel Frye, and William near Boalsburg, are living. He was buried in the Boalsburg ceemetery on the 24th at 10 o'clock, with his pastor Rev Black officiating.
