I Catherine Woods of Boalsburg in the county of Centre and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind memory and understanding and considering the uncertainty of this life do therefore make ordain, publish, and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in the manner and form following, that is to say:First: I direct that my body be interred in the cemetery at Centre Hill, and that my funeral be conducted according to the rights and ceremonies of the Presbyterian Church.
As to such worldly goods as it hath pleased God to entrust me with, I dispose of the same as follows:
Item - I give and bequeath unto my daughter Helen Frederika Woods my house and lot in the town of Boalsburg adjoining lot of W.A. Murray, on the north, Public street on the last lot of Jesse Jordan on the South, and land of heirs of Martha Stuart dec on the West. The above described premises to belong to my daughter Helen Frederika Woods absolutely, and exclusively, without any reservations or restrictions whatever.
Item - I give and bequeath unto my daughter Helen Frederika Woods all my personal property of whatever kind and wherever situate at the time of my decease, including beds, and beading, Furniture, books, pictures, dishes, cooking utensils, and everything I own at the time of my decease found either in or about the house. Also all monies or securities of any kind, of which I may b possessed at the time of my decease, shall, after all my just debts shall have been paid, belong to my daughter Helen Frederika Woods.
And lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my son Cyrus E. Woods to be the executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other wills by me at any time heretofore made, declaring of this to be my only last Will and Testament.

Obituary newspaper clipping found in the Goheen Family bible dated Jan 19, 1899.Death of Mrs, Catherine Woods. Sunday morning at 11 o'clock, Mrs. Catherine Woods, an aged lady of Centre county died at her home in Boalsburg, where she had lived for the last thirty years. She was about 77 years of age and early in life connected herself with the Presbyterian church, in which she was a great worker. She lived an upright, Christian life and had many friends. Her husband died some years ago. Her children are as follows: Dr Geo. Woods, of Pine Grove Mills; Mrs. Dr. Woods, of Boalsburg; Mrs William Goheen, of near Boalsburg; Mrs. Alice Magoffin, who lived with her mother, and Miss Helen Woods, an instructor in a soldiers' home in Maine. Her son Matthew, who was a minister, died several years ago. The funeral took place Wednesday morning.
Death Record stated she was 77, father was William Spice and she was born in Bellefonte, she died of Paralysis.
