Mary S. Goheen had one son, Richard A. Goheen. Forest Dry received property in Boalsburg; Deed Book Vol 2, p 87 which was obtained from Sheriff sale. It was the IOOF building on the diamond. All rest to Richard Goheen who was also execuitor. That included the property at corner of Church and Pine Street next to Myers House.Endnotes
