He held degrees of A.M. and M.D. Stanley Corey says he was a professor at Richmond Theological Seminary from 1882 to 1885. This was the school founded by his cousin, Charles H. Corey. Rowland Corey adds, "He became a medical doctor and practised in Chicago, and died there when a young man." [Corey Book]
