Be it remembered, that on the 2nd day of June 1953 the same being the 50th day of the April Term, 1953 of the Delaware Circuit Court, begun, held and continued at the Court House in the City of Muncie, on the first Monday, of April 1953 before the Honorable Paul A. Leffler, Sole judge of Said Court, the following proceedings were had and judgment rendered in the above entitled cause, viz.:
I, Robert A. Milhollin, Clerk of the Circuit Court within and for the County and State aforesaid, do hereby certify the above and foregoing to be a full, true, correct and complete transcript of the Decree of Divorce in the above entitled cause, as the same appear on the Record in this office on the day and year first above written. In testimony whereof I hereunto subscribed my name and affix the seal of said Court at Muncie, Indiana this 17th day of June 1953

Comes now the plaintiff, in person and by counsel and shows to the Court by the summons issued upon plaintiff's complaint, and the return of the Sheriff endorsed thereon, that the defendant as been personally served with proper notice of the filing and pendency of the plaintiff's complaint, then full days prior to the 14th day of February, 1953, the same being the return day fixed by plaintiff by endorsement on the complaint at the time of the filing thereof and the return day fixed in said summons, and more than sixty days prior to this date, which said summons and return of the Sheriff are now filed herein and are in these words, to-wit: (H.I.)
Comes now the defendant by counsel and files answer to plaintiff's complaint, which answer so filed is in thsed words to-wit: (H.I.).
This cause being at issue is now for trial submitted to the Court, and the Court, having heard the evidence and being advised in the premises, now finds for the plaintiff on the complaint that the material allegations of plaintiff's complaint are true, and that the plaintiff is entitled to a divorce from the said defendant.
The Court further finds that of the fruits of the marriage of said parties there is a minor child namely: Joyce Eldean Musick, born March 19, 1941; and that the plaintiff is a fit and proper person to have the care and custody of said Joyce Eldean Musick.
It is therefore considered and ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between the plaintiff and the defendant be and they are hereby dissolved and declared forever null and void and that the plaintiff be and she is hereby divorced from said defendant.
It is further adjudged and decreed by the Court that the care and custody of Joyce Eldean Musick, minor child of the parties be, and the same is hereby given to the plaintiff until the further order of the Court.
It is further adjudge and decreed by the Court that the defendant is hereby granted the privilege to visit with said child and to have said child visit with him at all proper times and places and under all proper circumstances and conditions until the further order of the Court.
It is further adjudged and decreed by the Court that the defendant be and he is hereby ordered and directed to pay into the office of the Clerk of this Court the sum of $2.00 for the use of the plaintiff for the support of the minor child of the parties, the first payment of $2.00 shall be made on June 6, 1953 and a like sum each week thereafter until the further order of this court.
