Edward Feeney, 84, of Brewer died Friday evening in a local hospital. He was born in Bangor November 29, 1877, the son of John and Lethia McMullen. He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Brewer, and had been employed by the Connor Coal and Wood Company for 29 years. He was a resident of Brewer for the past 16 years. He is survived by his wife, Susan J. of Brewer; five nieces and two nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 9 o'clock at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Funeral services for Edward Feeney were held Monday morning at 9 o'clock in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Brewer, with the Rev. Richard Rice celebrating a High Mass of Requiem. The bearers were Edward Mahaney, Robert and John Brimmer, Owen and Sidney Arey, and William Mehan. Interment was in Mt. Pleasant cemetery, Bangor, with committal services by Father Rice.Endnotes
