CHARLESTON, April 3 - Everald C. Weeks of Kenduskeag and Miss Louise M. Cain of Exeter were married by the Rev. T. J. Ramsdell, D.D., in Charleston Tuesday evening. The couple was attended by David L. Smith and Miss Irene Cain.Obituary
KENDUSKEAG - Louise M. Weeks, 76, wife of Everald C. Weeks, Sr., died March 28, 1996, at a Bangor nursing facility. She was born April 21, 1919, in Kenduskeag, the daughter of Byron T. and Nellie (Hasey) Cain. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary James Williams Unit No. 12; a 50-year member of the Penobscot Pomona Grange No. 8, the Mystic Tie Grange, and she had been a member of the Extension Group. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are her sons, Everald C. Weeks, Jr. of Kenduskeag; her three grandchildren, Sherry King and her husband, Jim of Trenton, Ga., Tamarra Hammond of Bangor, Timothy Weeks and his wife, Angelique of East Corinth; five great-grandchildren, Richard Frappier Jr., Matthew Brann, Michael Weeks, Alexander Weeks, Nicholas Hammond; her sister, Irene Fleming of East Newport; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Arthur B. Weeks; her sister, Annie Kimball; her grandson-in-law, Thomas E. Hammond II. Friends may call 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, where funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Sunday with Pastor John Miller of the Kenduskeag Union Church officiating. Spring interment will be in Kenduskeag Cemetery, Kenduskeag. Gifts in her memory may be made to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation, 1501 N.W. 9th Ave., Miami FL 33136-9990.Endnotes
