LINCOLN, Feb. 27 - Byron T. Cain, 59, died suddenly Saturday at his home on the Enfield road. He was born at Roxbury, Mass., March 7, 1895, the son of David and Sarah MacNeal Cain. He was a veteran of World War I. Surviving are his wife Nellie Hasey Cain of Lincoln; three daughters Mrs. Everald Weeks of Kenduskeag, Mrs. Carlton Fleming of Lincoln, Mrs. Hollis Kimball of Woodville; two sisters, Mrs. John de Hare of Roxbury, Mass., Mrs. Annie Dickie of Jamaica Plain, Mass.; eight grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Barton funeral home in Lincoln Tuesday afternooon at two o'clock with the Rev. George Budd, pastor of the Lincoln Methodist Church, officiating. Military services will be conducted jointly by the American Legion and VFW of Lincoln. The remains will be placed in the Lincoln tomb to await spring burial in Waugh cemetery, West Levant.
