Notes
Death
Rebecca's only living child, Matilda, was born in Dec 1829.1830 Census Ashe County
Solomon Jones household had 2 females under 5 and one female 20-30. So it appears that Rebecca was still alive at this time, but evidently they lost the other girl before 1840.
1840 Census Ashe County
Solomon Jones household had 1 female 10-15 (Matilda) and one female 20-30 which could have been Rebecca, who would have been 28, or his younger bride who would have been 21 (see next census).
1850 Census Ashe County
Solomon Jones had one daughter Matilda, and a new wife, Tamsey age 3, and a seven year old son Leander.
So Rebecca likely died between 1830-1842 based on the age of the son Solomon had with his second wife.
