Mark Snow was listed among those fit to bear arms at Plymouth in 1643. He was admitted a freeman at Eastham 3 June 1657. He served as an administrator of the estate of his father in 1676 and of his brother-in-law, Thomas Rogers, in 1678. Mark Snow was named selectman of Eastham almost every year between 1671 and 1690, and he also held office there as deputy, constable, highway, surveyor, and member of the town council, and served on several juries.
The will of mark Snow, dated 23 November 1694 and proved 16 January 1694, remembered sons Nicholas, Thomas, and Prnce; wife Jane and grandhild Jonathan Snow. Jane Snow of Harwich, widow, in her will of 21 December 1703, mentioned sons Nicholas, Thomas, and Prince, Anne Attwood, grandchild Jane Nickerson, grandchild Jane Snow and "my two" daughters Mary and Sarah. She named "brother" Jonathan Sparrow as executor, he being married to her half-sister Hannah Prence May. The executor's account called her Jane Snow of Eastham and mentioned providing lodging for her from 26 October to latter end of May following. The will was proved 2 July 1712, inventory having been taken 28 June 1712.
