In the 1900 and 1910 (L. S.) Census he and his wife are living in Aurora, Kane County, Illinois. In 1910 there are next door to their daughter Dora.
The 1924 obituary of his brother Prelette, indicates Simeon is living in Fargo, Cass County, North Dakota.
In the 1930 (McGoon) Census he is living with his nephew David T. Vaughan in Linton, Allamakee County.
In the 1940 Census widowed Simeon is living with his son Chester in Aurora.
