Probate
New Hampshire. Probate Court (Hillsborough County); Probate Place: Hillsborough, New Hampshire, Probate Records, Vol 68, 1856-1869, p 62In his will written 29 April 1847 (proved 5 November 1856), Timothy Holt bequeathed to son Timothy Holt ten dollars. Daughter Chloe Baldwin wife of Ziba Baldwin and Ruth Hovey wife of Timothy Hovey each receive five dollars. Daughters Lydia Holt and Tabitha Holt have the privilege of occupying the southeast chamber, but if the executor disposes of the dwelling,they are to be paid five dollars each. Son Joseph Holt receives all the real estate and all the residue of the personal estate and is named executor
