Funeral Services for Victor Brunner Friday
Victor Brunner, prominent town of Lakeland farmer, and a resident of that community for 80 years, died early Tuesday evening, January 2, 1951.
Mr. Brunner, the son of Henry and Susan Brunner, was born May 28, 1870 in Lakeland, Minn. He farmed in Lakeland until about 10 years ago when he retired from active work. Mr. Brunner never married. He lived all his life in that community where he was well respected.
He is survived by four sisters: Hulda Brunner, Mrs. Adolph Schaar and Mrs. Ewald Reichow of Lakeland, Mrs. Henry Hess of Hudson, and two brothers, Henry of North Hudson and Max of Stillwater.
The body will lay in state at the Jasper Funeral Home Thursday afternoon and evening and at the Congregational church, Lakeland, Friday from 10 o'clock until the time of the service. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Burial in Lakeview Cemetery, Lakeland.
