in the line of duty in June 1953 in Hudson. In 1958 she married Raymond
Heebink. She was a member of Gethsemane Lutheran Church in Baldwin.

Lorraine K. Heebink, 60, of 1050 Oak St., Baldwin, who once lived in Hudson, died Friday, June 9, at St. Paul-Ramsey Medical Center, which she had entered the day before after being transferred from Baldwin Community Hospital.
She was born December 30, 1928, in Hudson, the daughter of Adolph and Olga Jostad Johnson and graduated from Hudson High School in 1946.
In 1952 she was married to Clarence John Erickson, a police officer who was killed in the line of duty in June 1953 in Hudson.
Her second marriage was April 10, 1958, in Clinton, Iowa, to Raymond Heebink.
She was employed as a telephone operator for Wisconsin Bell in Hudson from the time she was high school until 1958, and again from 1968 to 1975.
She was a member of Gethsemane Lutheran Church in Baldwin and its circle and other church activities.
Preceding her in death, beside her first husband, were her father, a son, Larry Heebink, and a brother, Richard Johnson.
Surviving are her husband, Raymond; two sons, Joel Heebink of Blaine, Minn., and Loren Heebink of River Falls; two daughters, Carol (Mrs. Tom Weber) of Stillwater and Connie (Mrs. Leo Diehl) of Eau Claire; her mother, Olga Johnson of Baldwin; a brother, Gerald A. Johnson of Hudson, and eight grandchildren.
Visitation was Sunday, June 11, at Murphy-Troyer Funeral Home in Baldwin.
Services were 1 p.m., Monday, June 12, at Gethsemane Lutheran Church in Baldwin, with the Rev. Kenneth Melby officiating. Paul Willink was organist and Mark Willink and Pastor Melby were vocal soloists.
Interment was in the Baldwin cemetery where pallbearers were Jeff Johnson, Jason Johnson, Don Krupa, Mark Willink, David Johnson and Ronald Heebink.
