Mrs. Anna Olson of Fargo, N.D. came last Wednesday to attend the funeral of her brother, C.O. Hawkinson. She returned to her home Saturday.

Mrs. Olesen, Pioneer Resident of Fargo Dies
Mrs. Anna C. Olesen, resident of Fargo since 1882, died of apoplexy at the home of her daughter, Mrs. George Charlson, 1914 Broadway, Saturday afternoon.
Mrs. Olesen was born in Sweden Dec. 24, 1862, and came to the United States with her parents when she was two years old. The family settled at Harris, Minn., whre Mrs. Olesen lived until she was married to Samuel P. Olesen in 1882. Mr. Olesen who has been dead for 19 years, was an engineer on the Northern Pacific railroad for many years and at the time of his death was the second oldest man in service on the road.
Surviving are two sons, two daughters and a brother. The sons and daughters are: L. A. Olesen, Fargo; Samuel E. Olesen, Tomahawk, Wis.; Mrs. Charlson and Mrs. Frank Towne, Jr., of Valley City. The brother is Peter Hawkinson, Harris, Minn.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 P.M. Tuesday from St. Mark's English Lutheran Church, of which she was a member. Rev. N.J.G. Wickey will officiate.

Many Attend Funeral for Mrs. Anna B. [sic] Olesen
Members of the Fargo W.C.T.U., the Ladies Aid of St. Mark's English Lutheran Church, and a Sunday school class, all in separate bodies, attended the funeral of Mrs. Anna C. Olesen at the St. Mark's Church this afternoon at 2:30.
Dr. N.J.G. Wickey, pastor of St. Mark's church, officiated at the funeral. Burial was at the Riverside Cemetery.
The pallbearers were John Cooper, A. O. Braseth, Chris Sydness, H.J. Holmes, Alfred Hanson and E.J. O'Brien.
