Niece: Margaret Simms, my horse and saddle; bed and chest; my mourning ring; the tobacco that Spalding owes me if I don't make use of it in my lifetime; and whatever part of my wearing apparel she chooses; whatever I have left Mrs. Simms may not be appraised in my estate.
To: Miss Ann Philpott, the tobacco that widow Kerrick and the widow Thomas owe me if I don't make use of it during my lifetime.
