On Sunday, April 7, 1957, at Fort Ward Convalescent Home, Alexandria, Va., Charles H. Furr, beloved husband of Amanda E. Furr, father of G. William, Henry G., Edward M., Charles C., Joseph and J. Douglas Furr and Mrs. Ethel Cauffman, Mrs. Josephine Horman and Mrs. Mabel Emmart, brother of Mrs. Lillie Armstrong. Friends may call at the Lee Funeral Home, 4th st. and Mass. Ave., n.e., where services will be held on Wednesday, April 10 at 1 p.m. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery.Evening Star, Washington D.C., April 8 1957
