Death
The death of Earl Furr occurred this morning at 9:30 o’clock at his home at 226 Williamette avenue, following a week’s illness. He is survived by his mother, wife and three children Rosella, Lucille and Colletta all at his home. Mrs. Furr was Miss Verna Tutter before her marriage. A brother James Furr also resides in this city. During the World War he served overseas and upon returning home joined the local post of the American Legion. Before taking ill he was employed as driver in the local Brewerton coal mine. The funeral will take place at 2 o’clock Wednesday afternoon from the home, with Rev. Fred Madson of the First Baptist church in charge. Burial will be made in Union cemetery.Military
