Death
Mrs. Doris M. Furr, 68, of Moncks Corner, S.C., (formerly of Ligonier) died Saturday, April 29, 1989, in North Trident Regional Hospital, Charleston, S.C. She was born Feb. 26, 1921, in Ligonier Township, a daughter of the late James and Jennie Brant Miller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Furr; one son, James E. Furr Jr.; one daughter, Connie Dull; three brothers, Bill, Jim and George Miller, and two sisters, Mary Doris and Bessie Carns.She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Walter (Doris) Graham of Moncks Corner; one sister, Mrs. Charles (Rhoda) Hegan of Laughlintown; seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Friends will be received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in Wolford-McCracken Funeral Home Inc., 144 E: Main St., Ligonier. Service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday. in the funeral home chapel.
