Mrs. Furr alleges that she is confined to her bed from the effects of a recent operation and that her husband is threatening to do her great bodily injury, in removing the household goods and will remove all except the bed upon which the applicant lies unless he is restrained. Mrs. Furr avers that he has already shut off the gas and water supply and wants him enjoined from removing the kitchen stove. It is her allegation that he is annoying her in her helpless condition in order to force her to let him obtain the divorce without a contest. Mr. Furr is about 61 years of age; his wife about 45. They have been married a year."
