Death

BOLTON Mrs. Marjorie Lucille Furr Bolton - passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, November 27, 2008 surrounded by her family. She was born to Justice Mack Furr and Bertie Jane Bolen Furr on April 18, 1925 in Mobile, AL. She was preceded in death by her brother, Aubrey Mack Furr; and her granddaughter, Crystal Jacqueline Gorzel. She is survived by her husband, J. Billy Bolton, Jr.; three daughters, Barbara Graham, Janice Gorzel, and Beverly Gwin; four grandchildren, Bradley Graham, Bryan Graham, Leslie Gwin Payne, and Rhett Gorzel; seven great-grandchildren, Katie, Tyler, and Loren Graham, Cameron, Colton, and Ashton Payne, and Tommie Leigh Gorzel. Marjorie was a member of Palestine Missionary Baptist Church, chairman of the Mobile County Farmers Federation Women's Committee for a number of years, and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Visitation will be from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. on Saturday, November 29, 2008 at Radney Funeral Home, Dauphin Street. Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. on Sunday, November 30, 2008 from Palestine Missionary Baptist Church. Mrs. Bolton will be taken to the church one prior to services.
