ALBEMARLE — Mrs. Onnie Ridenhour, 59, of Rt. 3, Albemarle, died at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon at Stanly County Hospital following an illness of three days. Daughter of the late I. M. and Sarah Furr, she was born April 8, 1905, in Stanly County. She was a member of Paul's Crossing Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Cletus Ridenhour; three sons, Ralph Ridenhour of Oakboro, Cletus Ridenhour of Richfield, and Tony Lane Ridenhour of the home; five daughters, Mrs. Jake Glover, Mrs. Buck Glover, both of Richfield, Mrs. R. S. Russell, Mrs. Roy Hutchinson, both of Thomasville, and Miss Diane Ridenhour of the home: two sisters, Mrs. James Richardson of Thomasville and Mrs. Kent Plowman of Richfield: two brothers, Luther Furr of Richfield and Levi Furr of Albemarle; and 13 grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p. m. at Paul’s Crossing Baptist Church by the Rev. Fred Hopkins and the Rev. David Carlton.
