Death
Henry Harvey Furr, 67, of Dossville Community died Sunday at Montfort Jones Memorial Hospital following an illness of several months. He was a member of County Line Baptist Church, grocer and mason. Services were held Monday at 2 p.m. at Nowell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. H. C. Adams officiating. Interment was in County Line Baptist Church Cemetery. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Lec Furr of Dossville; one daughter, Mrs. Jeanette Lloyd of Atlanta, Ga.; one son, Sammy Furr of Dossville; one sister, Mrs. Inez Nowell of Kosciusko; two grandchildren. Serving as pallbearers were Buddy Wood, Vernon Armstrong, Ducie Riddell, Harry Phillips, Kenneth Oliver and Thurman Vance.The Star-Herald, Kosciusko, Mississippi, February 17, 1983
